That's easy! Just click on My Account and follow the steps described. You can also create a personal account after your shopping tour on our website - while you are reviewing the contents of your shopping cart you also have the option of creating a personal account.
What are the advantages of a personal account?
With your personal account, you can simply login and shop conveniently. Review your previous orders, note items of interest on your personal list or create a gift registry.
Can I place an order without a personal account?
Yes, of course you can. Simply choose your favourite items, place them into your virtual shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the proposed steps. In step 2, choose the option to order without an account.
I can't remember my password? What can I do?
Click on My Account and then on "Forget your password?"link. Then you can enter your e-mail address and we will then send you an email that contains the information you need to change your password. Should you not receive an e-mail with your access data within the next few minutes, please check the following: Did you already create an account in our shop? If you did not, please do so once while shopping. You can then set a password of your choice. Once you have registered your personal account, you can login using your e-mail address and your personal password.
If you are sure that you already have a personal account in our shop, please check whether your e-mail address and your password are spelled correctly. SShould you continue to encounter difficulties despite an existing account and correctly spelled access data, then please contact: email@example.com
How can I change my delivery address for new orders?
Log on to your personal account, select Shipping Addresses and enter the new address.

I received a defective item - what can I do?
Please send us first a short desription and include the photos of the damaged article via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Then we could provide you a return label for the return. Please return the defective item with the completed return form included in the delivery. With this label you can return the package free-of-charge at any DHL office. If the defective item has not yet been used, then you will normally receive a new item. Used items are returned to the manufacturer for repair.
This process does not affect your Right of Return.

The product I would like to buy is out of stock! When can it be ordered again?

I placed an order - how can I add something to it?
We are very sorry but orders cannot be changed and items cannot be added to an existing order. If you would like to cancel an order, then please contact our Customer Care Team.
I would like to cancel an order! What do I have to do?
Cancellation is only possible before an order has been packaged. Please send an e-mail to our Customer Care Team and state your name and order number. We will then attempt to cancel the order for you.
How much does shipping cost?
We ship with DHL. We are also entitled to ship with other providers.
For all orders within Germany under €50 we charge a shipping fee of = 4,95 €**
For orders within Germany exceeding €50 the shipping is = free!

I didn't receive all of the items listed on my invoice?
Please note that larger items, e.g. car seats, beds, mattresses, safety gates, highchairs, etc, are shipped separately and are often delivered a few days later than other item.
I placed an order but I haven't received my delivery
Which method of payment (credit card, payment upon receipt or bank transfer) did you select? Please check whether your payment has been made to our account. Was your payment possible made with a different name? If so, then please provide us with the name of the person who made the payment.
Is it possible to get a tracking number?
You will automatically receive an e-mail including the DHL tracking ID after your order has been shipped.
Can I pick-up my order?
No, we are very sorry but orders cannot be picked up at our warehouse.
Cancellation / Return
How can I return items?
Please note: For legal reasons, food cannot be returned. Additionally, we want to prevent returned food from being distributed to other customers.Please include the completed return documents in your parcel to help us process your return quickly. Adding the return documents is no precondition for effective exercise of the rights of return. Please make sure to state your bank account details. Please use the return label for returns. The parcel will then be accepted in any DHL branch. If the label is no longer available, please do not hesitate to contact us - we will be happy to send you a replacement label.
We deduct shipping costs from reimbursements if the goods returned are worth less than € 40.00.

I received a defective item - what can I do?
In this case you have the possibility to claim the article. Please send us a short desription and include the photos of the damaged article via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org , please attach the order number and the article number. Depending on the article, we check first whether suitable spare parts are available and send it to your address as quickly as possible. Otherwise, please return the item back to us and indicate whether you would like to get the refund or receive an identical item. Your legal warranty rights are unlimited.

How does Pre-payment work?
Shipment is made after the amount due for the order has been registered on our account. We ask you to kindly transfer the entire amount due after ordering. You receive a confirmation of your order from us via e-mail. This e-mail also contains information regarding the amount due, bank details and the order number for the reason of payment.

In order to ensure smooth transition to the SEPA-procedures that are mandatory as of 1 August 2014, we would like to ask you to kindly make any future bank transfers for payment via Vorkasse in the form of SEPA-payments, using our IBAN and BIC. This is the only way in which we can ensure refunds from August 2014 on. Our IBAN and BIC number is stated in the overview of your order or on the invoice. How does payment via credit card work?
While finalising your order, enter your credit card details via secure 128-bit SSL-encryption and Baby-Markt.com transmits them to the relevant computer centres via a high-security connection.
If your credit card is cleared for 3D-Secure (Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode respectively) the data is additionally forwarded for a confirmation prompt of your house bank.
Of course, the amount due will debited only after the order has been shipped. Baby-Markt.com will only debit the amount for items that have indeed been shipped.
Only those items that have passed our scanner and have been packed into the parcel are included in the amount due.

Even the smallest accidents may cause micro cracks or other damages in your car seat. These damages can hardly be seen but may significantly impair the safety of car seats.Our Safety Warranty means that we take back all car seats that are involved in an accident within 2 years after purchase. We are here for you - guaranteed!

How to use our Safety Warranty?

- Download this certificate after purchase here.
- We wish you and your children a safe trip - we are here for you in case of an accident.
- Please send us the certificate, the accident report and the invoice within 2 years after purchase to receive a free replacement.
What is the Mobility guarantee?
Always mobile - the mobility warranty from babymarkt.com! The quality of the strollers offered by us is always reliable - the goal is to maximize your satisfaction.
Baby-markt.com offer you a 2-year Mobility Guarantee from handover of prams and buggies to you for free. If the pram or stroller you purchased from us is not in good running status, we will take care of it. Our experienced service team can carry out the repairs, organize spare parts, as well as smooth the warranty processing in case of any potential problems.
How can I ensure mobility guarantee?
If you return a used pram or stroller with failures to us, a test will be carried out by our complaints department. If the repair is needed and our in-house repair service team can not solve it, we will forward the items for repairing directly to the manufacturer. The processing time of the manufacturer could take about 2-3 weeks depending on the volume.
